Julieta Shoes was referred to Byte Technology for help with their Shopify Ecommerce site because of our great customer service and quick turn around time. Julieta was a newer company and lot was happening with the branding and marketing strategy, and there were many website issues needing attention that were causing a poor user experience.
Solution
Byte Technology reviewed the site and produced a list of recommendations to improve user experience and implemented those changes quickly. Byte’s initial efforts included changing out site photos for a more lifestyle look and feel, adding new products with many variations, and customizing the reviews feature of their Shopify site. Byte’s technical team also helped improve their marketing email deliverability and helped get Julieta in a position for success.
